General Conditions and Acceptance of Terms

1. Agreement

Agreement: By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Modification: We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. The terms in effect at the time of your order will apply.

2. Product Information and Suitability

Description and Packaging: We strive for accuracy in product descriptions (ingredients, weight, type, origin). However, minor variations in packaging, color, or appearance may occur.

Ingredients and Allergens:

  • Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for reviewing the detailed ingredient list on the product packaging before consumption to ensure suitability for any dietary requirements or known allergies.
  • Disclaimer: We are not liable for any allergic reactions or adverse effects resulting from consumption.
  • Health and Nutritional Disclaimer: Any information provided regarding health, nutritional, or medicinal benefits of the tea is for informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice.

3. Pricing and Payment

Prices: All prices are as listed on the website/at the point of sale at the time of order and include applicable taxes (e.g., GST/VAT), unless otherwise stated.

Payment: Payment must be made in full before dispatch of the goods.

4. Ordering, Delivery, and Risk of Loss

Order Acceptance: All orders are subject to acceptance by us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for any reason.

Shipping: Delivery dates are estimates only. We are not liable for any delays in delivery.

Risk and Title: The risk of damage to or loss of the goods transfers to you upon delivery to the shipping address or upon collection by you/your designated carrier. Title (ownership) passes upon receipt of full payment.

Inspection and Claims (Damaged/Missing):

  • You must inspect the goods immediately upon receipt.
  • Any claims for missing items or damages in transit must be reported to our customer service within 24 hours of delivery, along with supporting evidence (e.g., photos/Videos of damaged packaging/products).

5. Returns, Refunds, and Replacements

Perishable Goods Policy: As tea is a consumable and perishable product, we generally do not accept returns or offer refunds/replacements simply due to a change of mind. All sales are final, except in cases of defect or damage as noted below.

Defective or Non-Conforming Goods: If the product is defective, expired upon delivery, or does not conform to the ordered type (e.g., wrong tea Product shipped), you must notify us within 24 hours of receipt. We will, at our sole discretion, offer a replacement, a store credit, or a refund upon verification of the defect.

Return Condition: Approved returns must be in their original, unopened, and undamaged packaging.

6. Limitation of Liability

Maximum Liability: Our total liability to you for any loss or damage arising under the contract (including for defective goods) shall not exceed the purchase price paid by you for the specific goods in question.

Exclusion of Damages: We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, loss of profits, business, or use) that arise from the sale or use of the tea product.

Intended Use: The product is sold for personal and commercial use only, unless explicitly agreed otherwise.

7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Governing Law: These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Amreli (Gujarat State) Jurisdiction.

Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Amreli (Gujarat State).
